We deliver gift and retail bouquets to the whole of East Lothian. Delivery orders can be placed for the next working day.
For the same day delivery, please phone the shop on 01620849609. We cannot guarantee that this is always possible however we can try our best.
Delivery times are not given, if you require your flowers by a certain time please get in touch, this is not always possible but we can try our best.
Returns
Flowers
We try to insure all our flowers are fresh and good quality. On the rare occasion there is an issue with the quality of a product you have received please send us an email attaching a picture of the issue or pop in to the shop to see us. Complaints regarding flowers must be made within 48 hours of receiving them. Due to flowers being perishable goods that require the correct climate, after 2 days we cannot replace flowers as issues may have risen from the care they received.
Returns and Exchanges
Fresh and Dried flowers along with Plants cannot be returned. If you wish to return a homeware item bring it into store with the receipt.
